All laser treatments

According to research, the psychological benefits of laser treatment appear to be much stronger than surgical treatments. In contrast to surgical treatment, the risk of complications is small and the result is immediately visible. (I wonder how this relates to the “psychological benefits” of cosmetic treatments such as Botox or fillers). Lasers are becoming increasingly advanced, and with the new insights into how laser light works on the skin, today's selective laser systems can do their job very effectively, with no real side effects. Laser against couperose works, for example, with a completely different light spectrum than the laser against pigmentation or laser hair removal.

This article provides a general overview of the different lasers for the skin, discussed from the point of view of cosmetic medicine.
