De klachtenfunctionaris ondersteunt je bij het aangaan van een gesprek met de kliniek over je klacht en kan ook bij dit gesprek aanwezig zijn. De klachtenfunctionaris heeft uiteraard een geheimhoudingsplicht en bespreekt jouw klacht alleen met anderen na jouw goedkeuring.
