Healthy eating = healthy aging

The first lesson in my philosophy for aging beautifully is to live healthy. This includes healthy eating. Time and time again, it has been proven that with the right diet, you can stay healthy longer and look younger. Here is a short list of a number of superfoods that should not be missing in your diet. These products not only contain a high content of various antioxidants, but also have an anti-inflammatory effect. This is what makes them so important in combating age-related ailments. Pisces (especially freshwater fish) contains omega-3 fatty acids to strengthen our immune system and help against cancer, cardiovascular diseases and diseases such as rheumatism. Fruit and vegetables contain many different antioxidants in the form of vitamins, fibers and minerals that help against cancer and cardiovascular diseases. Whole grains (found in whole wheat bread, for example) help lower cholesterol. Legumes (such as lentils, peas and broad beans) are full of vitamin B (beneficial for energy and growth) and are high in protein but low in fat. High qualityyogurt has a strong anti-inflammatory effect. Notes Just like legumes, they contain high levels of vitamin B, good for the heart and brain.
