How is the treatment going?

The treatment usually takes 30 to 60 minutes and is almost painless thanks to the use of cannulas, thin needles with a blunt tip. At first, you may feel a small sting, but this is short lived. The Juvéderm® filler contains lidocaine, which temporarily anesthetizes the treated area for extra comfort. The result is immediately visible, although you may experience slight swelling or redness after the treatment. This usually goes away within a few days. The effect lasts 12 to 24 months, depending on the fillers used and your skin type.

After the treatment, you will immediately see subtle results, while the full effect continues to develop in the following days. You can return to your daily activities almost immediately, as little to no recovery time is required.
