My name is Kelly and I have been working as a hostess at Kliniek Dokter Frodo for 2 years now. I come to work with great joy and enthusiasm and therefore (almost) never dread starting a new working day.
Because being a hostess is of course not something you do alone. I have always learned that together you are stronger. I believe that as a team we can only reach the top together. Before I joined Kliniek Dokter Frodo, I worked in Hospitality and also studied for this. Hospitality is my number one priority, so I set the bar high for myself. It is my aim to completely pamper our customers.
I am responsible for the first and last contact with the clients. As a hostess, I have a major impact on the customer journey: from the first telephone contact to the farewell after a visit to our clinic. I make sure that the reception area always looks pico bello and I lead the clients through the clinic with a warm welcome and above all a friendly smile.
Clinic doctor Frodo gives me the space to grow into the person I want to be. I am training to become a doctor’s assistant and there is also room for personal development. Time is really made for me when I run into things at work. The clinic is a dynamic place to work, no day is the same. Every day brings new challenges, this keeps me sharp, driven and makes me a happy hostess at Kliniek Dokter Frodo.
